I am a Professor of Public Policy and Administration in the Department of Political Science at Brock University. I have published extensively on economic, social, environmental and governance issues in Canadian mid-sized regions. My recent research interests focus on innovation policy design and delivery, with a particular emphasis on leveraging science, technology, and innovation in the agricultural and agrifood sectors.
